Pumpkin Time....

Yes, it is that time of year!  The great thing about beautifully painted pumpkins is that you can put them out in September and they can stay through the end of December.  This is what my dining room looked like over the weekend.

Sweet Potato Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Are we ready for fall yet?  I know I am and with that comes sweet potato things!  I saw this recipe last night on Pinterest and thought...yup, I'm making this.  This is a super easy recipe found on Farm Flavor.  Whenever you can make something with a sheet cake pan, you know it's easy.  

Doesn't the picture make you want to make and bake this today?   

Fall can't get here soon enough.
