Painting Metal

Sometimes you can find the neatest things to paint if you know what you are looking for.  These were ugly metal gourds that started out orange.

I forgot about the before pictures....but as you can see, I primed these and painted them all over in an off white.  Then I added black and a few other colors for depth.  The thing I love about painting, is that you can create your pieces to look however you want.

With the ribbon, or without, its a great decoration that you can use all fall and winter long.
